Norm facilitated the sale of property I was handling on behalf of beneficiaries. Early on, when I was unable to find an insurance provider due to a claim filed for the house three years back, Norm put me in touch with a broker and gave me other useful information as well. When I was ready to sell, Norm helped find and negotiate offers, while accommodating my needs for a somewhat unconventional transaction. All went very smoothly, the sale closed expeditiously, and the overall experience was good. Norm is very personable and easy to work with!
